NeuroRunner is based on a large number of fundamental neurology-based concepts. Two of the most important are:
• Anything can change anything – changing your sensory and cognitive inputs can change your performance outputs (e.g., running efficiency, form, endurance) in unexpected and non-obvious ways.
• Everybody is different, and therefore results will differ from person to person so you must assess what works and what does’t.
If you’d like to learn more about these and other concepts, click the “More NR Concepts” button below
We’ve provided a set of demonstrations that you can try at home that will illustrate those concepts in a very personal way. By the way, none of these experiments are intended to improve your running, but should demonstrate the method and principles.
